We're looking for a National Sales Training Manager to develop a deep understanding of the RBA sales methodology and implement across the RBA retail markets. In addition, develop and support sales training materials for our retailers as well as support the network in developing network wide Sales Training modules and opportunities to utilize Centralized Sales Training for sales leaders and design consultants.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Continuously develop and implement Design Consultant and Sales Leader Training content. Ensure that it is uniformly applied and successful in all RBA Retail Markets. Work with the local Sales Managers in the network to Develop Sales Managers across retail locations and assist in their training and evaluation.
  • Design and implement Sales Training Modules that can be delivered remotely and onsite for the Network. These should include Soft Selling Skills, Financial skills, product and installation.
  • Collaborate with the sales council to continue to develop and update the RBA Sales Methodology and the supporting materials for the retailers to train in the field. This includes videos, written materials, and electronic learning via Renew U or Podcasts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations Specialist to develop sales training aids and ensure they are up to date and meet the needs of the network design consultants. These include R-suite, Literature, Samples, E-Learning modules, and any other Sales tools
  • Assist in developing and facilitating Network Advanced Sales Classes and New Sales Manager Leadership classes for the network.
  • Partner with product knowledge experts in the development and delivery of product knowledge and installation knowledge training to increase effectiveness of Design Consultants.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience .
  • Sales Training and Sales Training Development. Sales Management experience
  • Travel requirement 25-35% (Depending on the home location of National Sales Training Manager).
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
  • Two or more years of In-home sales experience preferred.
  • Training development and facilitation experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
