Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: AppBar serves as bridge between IVR and the desktop, so when a call comes in and is transferred to agent, AppBar is the recipient that shows an incoming call. The QMS portion records the interactions from a desktop perspective. The team has ongoing feature development and technical debt (clean up) and there may be some maintenance that is mixed in.
