A large airline client is looking for a .NET Developer to sit fully remote in India. This developer will be joining the Application Development team and will be responsible for migrating code. The team is currently working on a full migration from Windows 2012 to Windows 2019 and needs a subject matter expert to assist in the migration which supports multiple business applications. This candidate will be expected to understand code migrations and pinpoint any issues with compatibility. 75% of their day will be spent copying code, running tests, and operation testing. The other 25% will be writing statuses and performing code updates. This developer will be expected to provide daily updates to the team before logging off for the day. There is an opportunity for this person to work overtime during launches and rollouts.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of experience as a .NET developer
Strong knowledge of Azure API Management
Confident in Microsoft IIS
Able to work until at least 11 AM EST
Great communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience migrating from Windows 2012 to Windows 2019
