An agricultural client is seeking a Sr Developer to join the technology organization. This developer will be working alongside the current lead developer for the next 2-3 years before taking over as the lead and sole developer. As the sole developer of the organization, this person will be involved in technology initiatives, working alongside the business to gather requirements and develop new technologies, and maintain/troubleshoot legacy applications. A current initiative this consultant will be working on is an effort to move from their current ERP system iSeries to Dynamics. They will be involved in migrations, this project was just kicked off. The technology stack for this organization is primarily: .NET, C#, VB.NET, Boomi (integration). This person will be working under the Application Manager who will assist with direction, but this person will own execution of application work from tech perspective. Participation in daily project stand ups and weekly prioritization calls

- Professional Experience: 5-10+ years of technical experience

- Experience gathering business requirements with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong work ethic: go-getter, Problem Solver, willing to learn new technologies, and wear multiple hats
- Customer Service Mindset - experience working with user, good empathy, customer service, good working relationships
- Excellent troubleshooting ability to resolve issues as the point of escalation
- SQL Skills -- DB Development and moving data in and out of tables, SQL scripting from scratch
- Basic testing experience
