Position Description:

• The client is seeking one senior analyst / developer with experience in .NET applications.
• The contractor will work in the office with client technical team members to provide maintenance, enhancements, and support to the agency's current application.
• The contractor may also be required to design, develop, and enhance additional applications as requested.
• Tasks required will be:
  • Serve as technical Microsoft .NET developer for client.
  • Maintain, support, and develop enhancements to client eligible training provider list (ETPL) application.
  • Assist client's technical team supporting the functions required under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act

Required skills:

• .NET Development and Support - SME Level / Min 10 Years / Required
• .NET Visual Studio - SME Level / Min 10 years including experience with most recent versions / Required.

Preferred Skills:

• Record locking development and experience - SME Level / Min 5 years / Preferred.
• Application-level security - SME Level / Min 5 years / Preferred
• System and user level auditing- SME Level / Min 5 years/preferred
• SQL Server Database Administration - SME Level - min 5 years / preferred
• Design and produce queries for quarterly, yearly, and adhoc reports required by department of labor, legislature and state and local partners - SME Level - min 5 years / preferred.
• Data modeling- SME Level - min 5 years / preferred
• Proficient in English speaking and writing - SME Level/ No min experience
• Ability to interact with functional users and technical staff regarding business and information technology needs - SME Level/ No minimum experience.
• Problem solving and listening - SME Level / No mini experience.
• Microsoft server operating systems including Windows 2008 - SME Level / Min 5 years / Preferred.
• Project Management professional (PMP) - SME level/ Min 5 years / Preferred
• JavaScript - SME Level / Min 5 years / Preferred
• Crystal reports and reporting software - SME Level / Min 5 years / Preferred.
• Problem/ application resolutions for end users -SME Level / Min 5 years / Preferred
• Object oriented programming, mainframe programming and cross system data exchangesm -SME Level/ Min 5 years
• Document and troubleshoot current web and network security issues and certificate authorities - SME Level/ Min 5 years
• Experience with client's accounting software and MAGIC/ PayMode, including interfaces with MAGIC (Vendor payment system)/ Min 4 years
• Create and maintain testing environment and data needed for testing - SME Level/ Min 5 years
• Coordinate QA User Testing activities among various State and Local parties/ SME Level/ Min 5 years
