Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting and supporting system implementations for Reimbursement, Revenue Integrity and Decision Support. Assists in creating improvements to processes and methods for Reimbursement, Revenue Integrity and Decision Support. Also, assists in training and mentoring support staff.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Manage and deliver system implementations for Reimbursement, Revenue Integrity, and Decision Support.
2. Identifies reporting inconsistencies and develops standardized reports to provide leadership with consistent data for decision making purposes.
3. Completes system reconciliations daily to ensure reporting is accurate.
4. Provides reimbursement analysis support for new product line development, and for current product line analysis on an ongoing basis.
5. Assists in the creation and preparation of monthly dashboard report for the net revenue analysis.
6. Assists in the charge capture process, with reimbursement analysis support for the charge description master.
7. Assumes responsibility for cost data preparation, analysis, systems analysis and other fiscally related duties.
8. Assists in research of data related issues to identify the cause of any discrepancy or question about results.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 15 years of IT experience related to healthcare finance

Preferred:

• Bachelors of Business Administration or Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
