An Alabama agency located in Montgomery, AL is looking for an experienced Fullstack .Net Web Application Programmer for a 6 month contract that will be renewed yearly to support and enhance the Child Care Professional Development Registry.

This role is 100% onsite in Montgomery, AL. In-person interviews are preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $43.00 - $53.00

Required Skills & Experience:
• 5 to 7 years of IT work experience in Software Development, installation and modification in an online environment.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Full Stack Developer in building Web Applications with broad knowledge base that covers several parts of web development such as UI/UX, middleware, and database coding.
• Significant experience with Entity Framework in .NET, C# and relational SQL databases.
• Candidate must have Visual Studio Code, JavaScript and CSS Framework experience including Frontend Frameworks, such as, ASP.NET, Bootstrap, React, .NET Identity, and VueJS.
• Should also possess Amazon Web Services (AWS) Code Pipeline, AWS Code Build, AWS Cloud Hosting, AWS APIs for S3 file storage and email, and ASP.NET REST API experience.
• HangFire, ITextSharp, and SignalR experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, decision making and organizational skills along with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to undertake challenging jobs.
• Able to work well independently, and also in a team, by helping to troubleshoot and resolving technology and business-related problems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Job Description:
• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting application for the organization's Internet/Intranet sites.
• Gathers and analyzes requirements.
• Programs all or selected components of Web applications.
• Documents components and applications.
• Develops automation techniques to enable end-user content publishing; programs, tests and implements mapped graphic images, forms and HTML pages; handles client browser support inquiries; maintains links to external sites and accuracy on internal links while ensuring up-to-date information.
• Researches, evaluates and recommends new Internet tools and applications for use in assigned responsibilities.
• Experience in a variety of the more difficult Web tools and languages.
