Represents Temple Health programs and services to community physician practices within specific networks and affinity groups. Promotional activity to be based on an account management model, focused on relationship development, linking Temple Health programs to physician practices through data analysis and needs assessment, service recovery, patient referral navigation for targeted networks and groups. Assist Marketing staff in development and execution of marketing plans targeted to assigned networks and groups. Collaborate with Temple Health recruiting and administration to help build programs and staff which are built to best meet needs of assigned networks and groups. Support community organizations by participating in meetings and events where there is value by providing Temple Health resources and education.

Experience
General Experience in customer, physician, patient relations (Required)
General Experience collaborating with physician organizations and networks (Required)
General Experience in project management and implementing new programs (Required)
General Experience with both community physician practice needs and academic medical centers (Required)
General Experience working within managed care landscape (Preferred)
General experience in community marketing and outreach for physician services, practices, programs (Preferred)
General experience in patient navigation for referrals, administrating prior authorizations, scheduling, and communications (Preferred)
General Experience in promoting physician/hospital services (Preferred)
General Experience in recruiting physicians, mid- level providers, nurses, administrative staff (Preferred)
General Experience working with community groups, associations, and businesses (Preferred)
