As a Wireless Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex wireless network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize network performance, and ensure robust security. Additionally, you will support and manage WebEx services and collaborate with other IT teams for seamless network integration. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong technical background, experience with wireless technologies, and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in wireless network engineering or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF principles, and antenna design.
Experience with wireless network hardware and software from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Juniper).
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
Experience with network security best practices and tools (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA Wireless, CWAP)
