About the Team
Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring the company's success. We seek people who are willing to learn and put in the effort to solve problems. Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to work on network, infrastructure, compute, storage, database, and recommendations systems.
- Responsible for code deployments in production using automation tools and monitoring production services on various platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues proactively.
- Support and manage services running on containers using Kubernetes.
- Provide application support to various services running in production.
- Diagnose root cause for the production issues, participate in on-call rotation, and be an escalation point for service incidents.
- Automate day to day tasks using shell scripting or python.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Telecommunication Networks, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Telecommunication Networks, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Supporting production Linux servers and developing tools to automate the day-to-day tasks using Shell Scripting or Python;
- Utilizing networking tools ping, netstat, tcpdump, ifconfig, route, and traceroute to troubleshoot network issues;
- Utilizing basic network protocols TCP/IP, ICMP, and UDP and security protocols IPSEC, SSH, and HTTPS to design the network or application topology;
- Debugging and troubleshooting in network, setting up test environment, and testing the environment and features by providing use cases and resolving network issues; and
- Deploying code in production and supporting production applications, including monitoring the capacity or thresholds and proactively resolving issues.
