The ideal candidate would have extensive experience with securing permits, interacting with stakeholders both internally and externally, and managing multiple permits/projects at one time. Required Skills & Experience

Description:

Communicating with property owners, outside vendors as directed, and communicate activities with team members and other departments, as needed

Working with the team to obtain local governmental approvals; ordering and uploading necessary project documents; ensuring timely completion of projects

Reviewing leases for landlord and tenant obligations

Analyzing project Lease, Easement, Title reports, Permit and Engineering documents to identify discrepancies against existing site conditions

Understand the land use process and coordinating items needed to accurately complete municipal applications.

Maintaining project forecasting and tracking with critical database systems, and reporting project statuses within client meetings.

Order, review/quality check and submit/upload required project documents

Familiar with typical industry workflow management tools to capture data and report progress (ie. OneVizion, NexSysOne, SiteTracker, Quickbase)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent work experience required

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Ability to prioritize and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Ability to problem solve, and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook are required

Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Ability to comprehend legal documents, contracts and agreements

Experience with real estate transactions, real estate license, paralegal services and/or wireless site development preferred
