YOU WILL:
  • Assess the Change.
  • Develop communication narrative including building common terminology.
  • Update change and stakeholder group impacts based on current vs. future state assessment.
  • Document degree of complexity and business criticality of the change per stakeholder group.
  • Document Change & Communication Strategy with high level change and communication activities planned. Including the strategy for managing the change throughout the project and the future state changes for stakeholders.
  • Analyze results and provide insight for Change Readiness Assessment Report.
  • Develop communication narrative & key messages.
  • Leader talking points.
  • Change & Communication Strategy & Plan.
  • Partner with Strategic Enablement & Change team and People Business Partner to conduct and review results from change readiness listening session.
  • Change Management & Communication Risk Tracker Implement the Change.
  • Draft communications content to enable leadership to understand the vision, why the change is happening, and communicate downward in the organization.
  • Document stakeholder concerns and areas of resistance and partner with the Assurant team to determine methods to address. Update stakeholder management tracker throughout the change.
  • Identify learning needs and coordinate with Learning & Development Team.
  • Onboard learning and development team by providing key communications and results from impact assessment.
  • Partner in the development of strategy and plan to launch change champion network (includes Power Users).
  • Ideate recommendations for recognition throughout the implementation to keep engagement high across affected groups.
  • Stakeholder analysis, identification, and management in partnership with People Business Partners.
  • Document what's changing (impact assessment).
  • Development of key Personas.
  • Refined Key Messages.
  • Leader Talking Points.
  • Job Aids.
  • FAQs.
  • Manager Conversation Guides.
  • Leadership Updates includes MCOM, Steering Committee.
  • Execute the communication plan.
  • Change Champion Network Strategy & Plan Maintain Success.
  • Document best practices and lessons learned to help inform Phase 2 of the project.
  • Analyze results and provide insight for post-phase 1 feedback survey.
  • Support Plan.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Willingness to travel onsite in Kanas City, MO and/or Tampa/Orlando, FL
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and/or UKG
  • Experience in acquisitions or new facility opening.
  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience
