Night-time Cleaning Manager and Supervisor

Southwest University Park is seeking a full-time night-time cleaning Supervisor and Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the work of cleaning staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • This role involves a range of tasks, from training new staff members to ensuring safety compliance.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure the job is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements
  • Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Train, supervise, and motivate cleaning staff, including setting schedules and ensuring all tasks are assigned
  • Order and distribute cleaning supplies
  • Enforce safety compliance and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on cleaning equipment


Experience:
  • Candidate must be able to speak Spanish Fluently.
  • Candidate must have previous experience in the management of cleaning staff.
  • Candidate must be willing to work a 10pm to 6am shift with a varied schedule, as we have games and events on weekends and weekdays combined.
  • Candidate must have a HS Diploma and computer skills.
  • Candidate must provide proof of a strong track record of previous jobs in a similar role.
