NLCCC Program Development Specialist - Year 1 VISTA

Member Duties : The VISTA member will aid in our fight against poverty by expanding the program services of NLCCC to more residents in the community. The member will research the content available to establish programs, policies, and procedures for the organization's programs that are effective and efficient. Activities include collaborating with the staff to discuss the different programs and reviewing the internal processes to develop policies and procedures. The member will implement changes to programs, policies, and procedures to fill the gaps identified and ensure the efficiency of the changes made. These activities include developing templates/materials for training staff/volunteers and identifying ways for staff and volunteers to be more efficient.
