LPN FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFT
LPN Core Qualifications:
* Washington State LPN License
* Leadership skills

* Ability to work as part on an interdisciplinary team and serve as a team member
* Ability to lift, maneuver and carry up to 30lbs.
* Knowledgeable of HIPAA Privacy Rules
Additional Qualifications:
Current CPR certification
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Assesses patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
* Communicates with physicians regarding changes in resident's conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
* Assists with new admissions, transfers, discharges and providing direct resident care as determined by resident condition.
* Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
* Educates patients and their families on health-related issues.
* Completes incident forms, transcribes and carries out physician orders and notifies family and physician as appropriate
* Administers medications and treatments.
* Participates in the care planning process.
* Supervises certified nursing assistants in the daily deliver of resident care, schedules job assignments and assists in identifying substitutes for staff absences.
* Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
* Performs other duties as assigned
