This is a very entry level role.

Canidates will need to have a quiet, distraction free work environment with a pleasant phone voice that radiates positive energy while on the phone.

This role will be the 1st level of communication with Medicare applicants and they will be confirming the application details and then transferring the customer to an enrollment specialist.

All training will be provided the 1st week and the expectation is the training will be on camera.

Canidates will need to have basic pc literacy.

Accurate typing skills are required, and a typing evaluation needs to be submitted with the candidate.

Hours are M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with voluntary OT as needed.

Candidates can be from any of the approved Medicare remote work States, SC, VA, FL, NC, and GA.

There is currently not a chance of conversion and this need is only slated for the 8 weeks to support Medicare Open enrollment.

Interviews will be the end of this week and thru next week.

The interview will be a singular interview with a team lead for 30 minutes.

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Uses enrollment scripts to assist beneficiaries in applying for Medicare plans by phone
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Accesses the Blue Cross NC producer dashboard to enroll via the PABOL system
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Documents calls using Salesforce CRM
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Available in inbound call queues in Genesys specifically related to submitting applications by phone
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Adheres to compliance requirements during the application submission process
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Will utilize expert keying and listening skills to ensure accuracy of information submitted to CMS
Hiring Requirements
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ High school diploma or GED
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ1-2 years of call center experience
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Excellent keying skills
