Location: Urbandale, IA; Franklin, MA; Houston, TX; Tampa, FL; Miami, FL

Duration: 4 months

Pay Range is $16.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Role: Call Center (Non-Open Enrollment)
  • Education: HS diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Office environment preferred; call center experience ideal
  • Work Environment: Remote, quiet/professional space required, scheduled breaks

Training & Shift Details:
  • Training: 8/26 - 9/9, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm CST
  • Nesting: 9/10 - 9/20, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm CST
  • Regular Schedule: From 9/23, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST (may adjust between 7:50 am and 6:00 pm CST based on client needs)
