Job Duties
Assist Global Medicine Instructional Designer with the management and updating of the Global Medicine suite of online courses.

Technical educational updates:
Captioning
Small video edits
Creating and updating Canvas courses (possible light HTML work)
Updating and managing quiz questions (online courses, and ASTMH course)
Timing online learning modules/lessons
Data Management and updates

Long term/planning assistance:
Help with prioritizing updates
Task reminders for staff/faculty
Structuring work around the year for the online updates
Identifying and setting up a task management system

Qualifications

All required qualifications must be documented on application materials

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Be able to work with a computer proficiently and knowledge of the Google Suite
Have experience working with Canvas/Blackboard
Experience with video editing and captioning
Project coordination experience

Preferred Qualifications
HTML experience
Experience with Articulate
Experience working with health related material
