North America Biologicals Logistics and Supply Chain Supervisor

Description

Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for North America Biologicals Logistics and Supply Chain Supervisor based in Houston, TX. This role will lead the North America (US and Canada) Biologicals Supply Chain and Logistics Team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manage all the Biologicals warehouses in the US and Canada. This could include annual trips to each warehouse for physical counts.
• Complete projects to streamline raw material and final product supply chains.
• Look for ways to improve supply chain processes with the tools we currently have.
• Assist with day to day order processing tasks in the US and Canada as needed due to workload. This will require knowledge of multiple ERP systems and interactions with a global team.
• Serve as the primary contact between the US and Canada External Manufacturers and Corteva.
• Partner with the US and Canada Commercial Team to have a seamless transition between the Commercial CSR team and the Integrated Operations Supply Chain Team.
• Work with the Biologicals Logistics and Procurement Teams to evaluate cost effective warehousing options.
• Complete People Leader activities for the North America Biologicals Supply Chain and Logistics Team.

Location:

• Houston, TX preferred but other sites are acceptable with some travel to Houston (trips to Houston would be expected to be no more frequent than monthly when things are running normally)

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Associates or 4 Year degree in Business or Engineering with 3-5 years of supply chain, logistics, or operations experience
  OR
• At least 15 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations experience in lieu of a degree
