We are currently seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our ENTAA (Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy) clinic team. Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to work in our ENTAA clinics. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with ear, nose, throat, and allergy conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in otolaryngology and possess excellent clinical skills.

Schedule: Part-time, 32 hours, Monday through Friday, Days

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and manage patients with ENT and allergy-related conditions.
  • Perform procedures such as nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and allergy testing as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Provide patient education on preventive measures, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
  • Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of Maryland
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a RN or Nurse Practitioner in ENT or related specialty.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Proficiency in performing ENT procedures and interpreting diagnostic tests.
