The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Execute manufacturing milestones from NPI to launch through collaboration with foundry and assembly/test suppliers.
  • Work with Engineering and Pixel teams to sample requirements and schedule required wafers to support the requirements. Monitor Engineering wafers in line and work with suppliers in expediting lots based on feedback.
  • Work with Suppliers, Sourcing, test engineering teams in securing sufficient capacity and hardware resources to support builds.
  • Coordinate capacity for samples and supply line readiness, developing and integrating sustainable resolutions to any gaps through the NPI/MP process. Collaborate with all cross-organizational teams, maintaining transparent alignment, and influencing teams through delivering an optimized supply.
  • Establish and enable simple dashboards for communication to various levels with proactive alerting of problem areas for management attention. Create tools and systems for risk planning analysis.
