Opportunity Details:
Bellin Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our FastCare Team in Green Bay.
Shift Hours:
Full-Time 0.80 FTE (32 hours/week), days, nights, weekends, holidays
Practice Details:

• Full time practice: 32 hours per week - 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
• Every 3rd weekend rotation
• Holiday rotation (1-2 per year)
• Video visits/e-visits included in position

Qualifications and Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required, WI RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification required; or WI Physician Assistant license required. MI NP or PA license acquired within 6 months of employment.

Experienced Advanced Practice Clinician preferred, new graduates welcome to apply.
