Nurse Case Manager/Residential RN - Queens

FlexStaff is seeking a Nurse Case Manager/Staff Nurse to join our client's team, a leading organization that provides housing, services and programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This is a full-time (Mon-Fri), direct hire position, there are various group home locations in QUEENS. *Hours can be flexible 8-4pm, 9-5pm or 7am-3pm.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of health care services for adults with disabilities residing in residential programs.
• Be responsible for performing nursing assessments and diagnoses
• Work in conjunction with other members of the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive health outcomes.
• Provides guidance and training to direct care staff to ensure proper delivery of health care services.

Requirements include:

• NYS RN License
• Prior nursing experience and/or experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to and access multiple locations throughout the metropolitan area.
• Able to work flexible hours and/or days.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$102,000/year
