Responsibilities
This position reports directly to the Director of NSO. The manager will participate as a member of the hospital's management team in planning, policy formulation, and administrative decision making with particular reference to the role, functions, and operations of the hospital's nursing support services. In summary, is responsible to assist the Director in NSO in daily management of staffing office, float pool and transfer center.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in related field required. 2 years supervisory experience required.
- Current AZ RN License
- Current ACLS Provider card
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Knowledge of hospital administrative,operational and nursing regulations and how to apply to nursing practice. Strong knowledge in staffing of nursing resources and transfer center processes InterQual trained preferred Good communication skills, ability to organize, act and make decisions in a timely manner
