Provides regional support to program total joint to enhance patient throughput, experience and outcomes. Utilizes data collected to make informed decisions to drive outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Ability to work effectively with other departments.
• Computer literate and database managing experience
• Ability to manage and organize multiple clerical priorities
• Ability to work independently

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing required; Master's Degree in nursing or health/business field preferred
- At least three years of experience in clinical area (such as orthopedics) or program management experience; three years of orthopedic experience preferred
- Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required
- Certified Orthopedic Nurse Certified (ONC) preferred
