The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Nurse Practitioner to support one of our Family Medicine offices located at 80 Beharrell St, Concord, MA 01742. Weekly schedules consist of 32 hours of patient-facing, clinical time, and 8 hours of administrative time. The practice is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Our office provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for patients of all ages. The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being.
The NP will have their own panel of patients enhancing practice operations, increasing patient volume and efficiency while also providing excellent patient care and experience. This includes traditional primary care visits and same day sick appointments. With this model, providers work autonomously to the top of their licensure while also functioning as part of a team.
Are you ready to bring your talent to this team and join us in driving medicine forward? In this full-time role, you will have access to a competitive benefits package tailored to meet your needs, as well as a robust bonus program to enhance the total compensation package!
Qualifications

When hiring, we look for candidates who possess not only the relevant licensure, experience, skills, and competencies, but also positive attitudes, innovative spirits, and genuine passion for the work.
