Nursing Assistant, Full-Time

7 pm-7 am 36hrs. / Per week

SBH 2E Cardiac PCU

Summary:
Assists with patient / family education. Assists in planning and coordinating patient care
Demonstrates clinical skills to meet job requirements / hospital policy.

Formal Education Required:
- High school graduate or GED is preferred.
- Certified nurse assistant training is preferred.

Experience and Training Required:
- One year current clinical practice is required.
- Will receive orientation on nursing unit

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Must be thorough and accurate with legible documentation in the permanent record.
- Must follow policies, procedures, and protocols as written.
- Must be able to handle stressful situations with tact, diplomacy and responsibility.
- For nursing units that use telemetry: Ability to apply telemetry correctly

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
