The role you'll contribute:

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the acute care setting. Communicates with nurses / team leaders / coworkers, as appropriate about the patient's clinical condition. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition. Additionally, is able to perform general Patient Care Technician duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Provide assistance to nurse when providing patient care including vital signs, blood pressure, blood sugars, baths, feeding and repositioning
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide direct patient care in an acute setting


Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
  • Basic care to patients of all ages
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of CNA experience preferred
  • BLS Certification Required
  • Successful completion of Certified Nurse Assistant Program preferred
