Job Summary:

As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be the driving force behind our facility's success. You will oversee all operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, financial stability, and the delivery of high-quality care. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our staff to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of nursing home operations, including resident care, staffing, finance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Manage the facility's budget and financial performance.
• Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and support to the care team.

Qualifications:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex operations and budgets.
• Passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors.
