- Provides professional nursing care based on nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Serves as a role model and mentor for students and other staff.
- Maintains accountability for own practice and aspects of care delegated to others.
Jefferson Health is searching for a registered nurse Professional Development Specialist with advanced skills who demonstrates a high degree of professional competence in a specialized nursing field. Qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree in Nursing required
- RN, BLS, and ACLS certifications in the state of Pennsylvania
- Five (5) years of nursing experience with three (3) years in area of specialty practice
