Job Summary
Manages and works with clinical staff and the daily operations of clinical sites. Provides leadership in coordinating and implementing standards for clinic operations. Communicates effectively and professionally with all members of the health care team in reference to client's health status. Provides support and leadership to staff who are managing clinic function through routine policies and procedures. Develops and provides clinical measures to clinical staff and physicians as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborates in recruitment activities, including interviews, onboarding and training of potential candidates and new hires to ensure adequate onboarding
• Oversees the scheduling, assignment, and supervision of employees within area to allow for adequate staff for operation
• Collaborates with all members of the health care team to develop and enact patient care strategies to allow for adequate patient treatment, designs and implements routine work procedures to allow for standardization and increased operational efficiencie
• Conduct performance reviews for direct reports and provide performance input for indirect reports to improve and maintain quality and performance level
• Oversees safe operations of the clinic for safe efficient care for patients and to provide a safe workplace for staff, provide oversight of compliance specific to departmental operations to maintain
compliance with regulatory and legal standard
• Develops and analyzes the quality of patient care based on evidence based practice and institutes changes in procedures when necessary to meet or exceed organizational goal
• Promotes patient experience to ensure adherence to care principles and maintain and improve the patient/customer experience
• Responsible for financial performance of the unit towards budgets and financial target

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- BLS/AED, CPR, ACLS, IBHER certified.
- Six years of experience in professional nursing
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or directly related field/discipline may substitute for up to two years of required experience
- Master's degree in Nursing may substitute for up to additional two years of required experience
