NWCS is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports 130+ individuals receiving 24/7 residential services in their own homes across four counties. This position will be domiciled with the Marshall Coaching team and primarily support staff working at Optimistic Beginnings. The Support Care Professional must be detailed orientated, work well with others, have good time management skills, possess leadership skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and other computer programs and be willing to travel and work a flexible schedule.
