Overview: Medix is actively hiring for a Occupational Health Monitor in Menomonee Falls, WI for a 1 month contract.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct health screenings and assessments for employees, including pre-employment and periodic health assessments.
• Provide treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses, and follow up with appropriate care plans.
• Develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives to foster a healthy work environment.
• Educate employees on health and safety practices, including ergonomic principles, stress management, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with HR and management to facilitate accommodations for employees with health concerns or disabilities.
• Conduct investigations into workplace incidents and accidents, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Audiograms, drug screens & vaccine administraton
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+years of experience as a EMT or LPN
• Active License/Certification

Duration: 1 Month Contract

Shift: Must have flexibility within Monday-Friday

Compensation:

EMT $26/hr-$29/hr depending on experience

LPN $34/hr-$37/hr depending on experience

Benefits:

In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
