Department Overview
The Twin Lakes Rehabilitation clinic, located in Roseville, evaluates and treats children with a range of diagnoses from cerebral palsy, to treating children who may have difficulties with motor milestones/muscle control and coordination. They provide training to children and their parents/caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment in order to promote independence.
Position Summary
Responsible for the evaluation and provision of occupational therapy services to children; the accompanying written documentation and verbal communication needed to administer care including physician orders; provides patient/family/caregivers, staff and student training; provides a safe, clean environment; provides proper care for departmental equipment; manages time effectively and promotes patient/family, physician and intradepartmental satisfaction. All of the position's duties are performed within Children's Hospitals and Clinics Standards of Behavior.
This is an outpatient casual role, with shifts offered in Roseville, Woodbury, St. Paul, Lakeville, Minnetonka, Maple Grove, and Rogers. Potential for regular, longer-term coverage during summer or staff leaves of absence. Open to school-based therapists interested in weekly after-school shifts. Minimum commitment of 96 hours of patient care every 12 months, after onboarding is completed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy school. Minnesota state licensure and NBCOT registration. BLS certification. Pediatric experience preferred.

The posted pay range represents rates for a grouping of multiple jobs within a salary grade. We carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Children’s Minnesota.
