Off Premise Coordinator:

• Responsible for all aspects of professional service and guest satisfaction. Guide a team responsible for serving food and beverages to Carryout guests.
• Oversees proper training set up and break down of Carryout, with the ability to comprehend and follow Carryout set up and stations.
• Be able to organize and maintain checklists, preorders, contracts, inventory and communicate clearly with the kitchen.
• Subject matter expert on quality assurance, assembly, and guest services.
• Ability to perform calmly and effectively under pressure and multi-task.
• Work closely with the Event Coordinator to support.
