Job Summary:

The Office Coordinator for AHU Academic Operations will primarily serve in the AHU One-Stop, a student-centric consolidation of services including, but not limited to, Admissions, Communication Center, Office of the Registrar, Student Experience, and Financial Aid. Coordinates various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times, including, but not limited to, front desk management, answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining office supplies, and scheduling meetings and appointments. Maintains various databases and records and has reporting responsibility; may ensure compliance as appropriate. Provides outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all

You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Supports the Academic Operations departments with coordination of One-Stop inquiries, visitor triage, and office
    management.
  • Welcomes visitors to the office, ensure check-in procedures are followed, and assist them as needed.
  • Answers and routes all incoming communication into the One-Stop, including phone calls, emails, web chat, and texts,
    tracking inquiry data as needed.
  • Updates databases and systems to log communication touchpoints and information for leads/applicants/students as
    needed.
  • Creates/compiles/maintains various department reports, forms, spreadsheets, documents, etc.,
  • Manages communication with Student Ambassadors regarding campus tours, ensuring One-Stop staff is informed
    about daily tour schedules.
  • Assists with scheduling virtual, hybrid, and in-person appointments and meetings.


Qualifications
What Will You Need:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+-years' experience in office administration, hospitality management, or customer service
