Insight Global's client is looking to hire an Office Coordinator to sit onsite in Mountain View, CA for a contract to hire opportunity. This is an important role in the West Coast team, with the successful candidate providing support to the Mountain View, Irvine, and Seattle teams. The role of Office Manager is essential to the effective operation of the office and will report to the West Coast Director.
Responsibilities:
* Administrative office support to provide a high quality and efficient administrative service to the West Coast team of IDA Ireland.
* Managing incoming phone and email, invoices, event logistics, travel logistics, procurement for West Coast office and team meetings.
* Assist the West Coast Director and support the team with day-to-day administration such as meeting coordination and liaising with headquarters, auditors, bankers and service providers in the US and with the Finance team in Dublin.
* Update the CRM as requested and produce a weekly report on progress toward targets for the Management Team.
* Working on and interrogating the team's Excel database to gather key metrics and provide appropriate reports.
* Help prepare quality presentations and other marketing material.
* Ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.

Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree is required.
* Detail oriented and able to prioritize various tasks.
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
* Knowledge of invoicing and bank reconciliations or a willingness to learn.
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
