Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for an Office Coordinator for one of the largest electronic security system companies in the US. This person will be part of the installation team and will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, scheduling & confirming times for customers home security systems to be installed by technicians and ensuring technicians are prepared with the proper equipment and the right amount of equipment before they go to their job sites. Working with our local coordinators and handling security installation technician's schedules.
This person will be responsible for all administrative tasks within the technician's allocated schedules for the Norwood, MA region. Candidate will be on the phone coordinating security technician's appointments with customers. Great customer service experience is required. Must be organized and able to document records effectively.
This role requires a 5-day onsite requirement. Must have reliable mode of transportation and ability to pass background check and drug test. Pay ranges from 14-18/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- Call center, scheduler, or dispatch experience preferred (6 months -- 1yr)
- Candidate will be on the phone coordinating security technician's appointments with customers. Great customer service experience is required.
- Microsoft Teams, Excel, tracking system experience. Must be organized and able to document records effectively.
- Ability to pass standard background check and drug test.
- Punctuality, good attitude, and ability to go onsite 5 days a week (Norwood, MA)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior security tech administration experience
