What You'll Do:
  • Oversee assigned staff and assure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Assess workload and assign tasks as needed.
  • Address patient concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate scheduling, training, and orientation for staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives, optimizing resource use and patient flow while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Manage department calendars, meetings, payroll, and other administrative duties, ensuring smooth operation of the Infusion Center.


Qualifications

What You'll Bring:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience required, with coursework in Secretarial Science, Medical Terminology, and Word Processing preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a medical office setting, with strong proficiency in math, English, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, standing for sustained periods, and other physical activities as needed.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality, promoting professional growth, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
