Position Summary:

This position assists the Office Manager in providing general office support. The Office Coordinator position will be primary coverage for the front desk and will be the first to interact with guests and ensure they are guided in the right direction. This position will oversee all mail needs including receiving packages and distributing, when needed. Employee will perform clerical tasks such as upkeep of office equipment, restocking materials, and managing phone calls. Employee will also oversee onboarding and offboarding tasks as related to office services. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains adequate stock of office and mailroom supplies including express mail supplies, break room supplies, and special item requests. Completes monthly inventory of supplies.
  • Reviews and submits office related invoices
  • Receives, sends, sorts, and distributes mail and notifies recipients of package deliveries via FedEx, UPS, Staples, etc.
  • Scans bank deposits for the CCS Central Business Office; makes manual deposits at local bank as necessary.
  • Acts as primary coverage for Reception area
  • Assists other departments with minor projects on an as needed basis
  • Acts as back up for Administrative Department
  • Oversees onboarding and offboarding in regards to security and daily office operations

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • High School Graduate/GED Required Vocational Technical School Graduate preferred
  • 1-3 Years Related work experience required
  • Average skill level: Microsoft Office
  • Multi-tasking, good communication, excellent customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Sitting about 75% of the time
  • Walking around/standing 25% of the time
