Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
  • High school graduate or equivalent education and experience that equates to a high school diploma
Experience:
  • Previous office manager experience
  • Prior experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Prior budget management experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Education:
  • Undergraduate Degree from an accredited university or college

Experience:
  • Office manager or secretarial experience within higher education
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar systems
  • Prior experience with Commonwealth of Virginia purchasing system (eVA) or similar online purchasing system
  • Prior experience with Commonwealth of Virginia Small Purchase Credit Card protocols
