About the Role

The Office Manager and Administrator - Data Governance Specialist will lead and manage office services activities for the assigned office location and manages Data governance status for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary contact for local site physical security and emergency communication.
  • Acting as a secondary contact in the absence of the office facilities, management, and support assistance other business areas.
  • Coordinating changes and updates to status with Legal, Client facing teams
  • Administering and maintaining records of any waivers or exceptions to policy regarding client obligations for inquiry and outcome data related to business services products and services.
  • Coordinate and manage local events and meeting. Assist in locating alternate meet spaces when conference center is not available.
  • Facilitate orders/spends for engagement activities/events.
  • Manage seat assignments as required.
  • Tracking invoices, code, and submit to AP for processing. Facilitate P-Card purchases for business group requests; reconcile and code invoices for approval
  • Establishes and maintains the client-contributed-data Content Management System records for each current, prospective and former client.
  • Documents all data governance policies, decisions, and changes to ensure clear and accessible records.
  • Maintaining detailed records of communication and decisions involving data usage rights and privacy restrictions.
  • Adding internal data assets to the Content Management Framework document and help to maintain this comprehensive documentation up to date.
  • Establishes and maintains the client-contributed-data Content Management System records for each current, prospective and former client.
  • Assisting in the management and reporting of client performance submission, to include tracking and escalation of late or non-compliant submissions


Requirements
  • Be able to analyze complex data and provide insights for process improvements
  • Supporting and acting as a key contact, liaison and communicator to the sr. leaders for office initiatives, plans, and updates as appropriate.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Able to adapt to change, handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Working equally well collaboratively or independently with colleagues and customers at different levels across locations and cultures. (In a deadline-oriented environment.)
  • Manage through respective internal communications, partnering with Corporate Communications and respective senior leaders to facilitate any employee impacting items.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication capabilities to foster collaboration and drive results across diverse teams
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Maintains universal opt-in and opt-out status for LNRS Business Services clients
