Insight Global's client in electrical services provides electrical for new construction, renovations, and repairs services, and they're looking for an office manager to join their team! This person will wear many hats; responsible for financial activities such as paying bills, general bookkeeping, invoices, payroll using ADT; responsible for documentation compliance, notary needs, and keeping up with emails/communications; responsible for general filing and administration work. They MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish because they will be the main liaison of communication between the company, clients, and other vendors.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 years of experience in office manager or similar position
• Construction industry experience - must be familiar with jargon and familiar with construction documentation compliance
• Ability to perform financial responsibilities such as: invoicing, AP,AR, general bookkeeping, experience using QuickBooks, Payroll with ADP software.
• State of Florida- licensed notary
• Microsoft suite
Bilingual -English and Spanish

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Great communication skills, they will be main liaison between customers, vendors, and employees
• Experience wearing many hats and working in a small business environment
Experience with filing/scanning documents, making sure all admin work is organized and correct.
