Overview

Assist the General Manager with administrative functions and special projects.

Handle all Office Manager functions including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment and the daily office needs. Assist the Director of Finance with accounting procedures relative to the operation of the facility.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $12.00 to $15.00.

For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

This position will remain open until October 31, 2024

Responsibilities
  • Maintain all office records by keeping all files and policy manuals up to date including event files and employee records
  • Open and distribute mail.
  • Keep Cash Receipts log and deposit checks online.
  • Prepare all new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain office efficiency by replenishing supplies, maintaining fax & copy machine.
  • Help maintain team culture.
  • Support in client relations.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Possible additional Accounting duties to support the Director of Finance.


Qualifications
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff, vendors, and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Some Accounting experience a plus.
