Salary Range: $75, 000 - $82, 000 / year DOE

Office Manager/Bookkeeper Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• 1+ year of experience in payroll management
• Bachelor s degree in accounting required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel - Intermediate level, Outlook)
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Background in manufacturing or retail industries is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency with minimal oversight
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a family-oriented and warehouse-connected office environment

Office Manager/Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Oversee weekly payroll processes and ensure accurate accounting and payroll records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, managing around 7-10 invoices daily
• Conduct bank reconciliations and collaborate with our tax consultants
• Provide customer service, responding to client inquiries and managing order processes
• Perform credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
• Assist with payroll preparation and processing, depending on experience
• Participate in various administrative tasks to support overall office operations
• Suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Work closely with the team to support financial operations and achieve company goals
