Office Manager/Employee Morale and Event Planner

Minimum Qualifications Summary

Certification & Education

• HS diploma and 2 years college required

Experience Preferred

• At least 3 years' experience working with office management and performing Company level event planning

DUTIES:

• Office Manager:
  • Schedule maintenance and cleaning services as necessary
  • Order and purchase supplies and equipment online and in local stores as required
  • Welcome visitors to the office
• Event Planner:
  • Plan, organize, and execute social events such as holiday parties and business parties nationwide
  • Order gifts, flowers, and other items for staff holidays, birthdays, condolences, etc.
  • Employee onboarding swag and shirt orders

DESIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Must have strong Computer Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel and Google Products
• Must be detail oriented and comfortable dealing with quick deadlines
• Must have exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
• Previous experience with DoD or Federal contractor, POTFF, or morale, health, and welfare strongly desired
