Job Summary

Stonebridge Ranch is a mutli-Office Manager club. The Office Managers share responsibilities for supporting the daily operational functions of the Club by executing various accounting and Employee tasks (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, etc). Routinely partners with the senior leadership team to ensure accuracy and compliance in processes.
  • Position is 100% onsite
  • Monday thru Friday, semi-flexible schedule
  • Position is focusing on administrative Payroll & Employee relation tasks while supporting AP

Day-to-Day
  • Perform duties pertaining to payroll compliance and commission calculations on a weekly basis (paid bi-weekly)
  • Perform duties pertaining to employee file maintenance (Updating pay, status, etc.)
  • Assist Dept. Heads with hourly job postings
  • Assist Dept. Heads with employee on-boarding & I9 and questions
  • Weekly & Monthly Compliance reporting
  • Assist with the review of Membership applications for completeness and assurance with program/legal requirements
  • Backup for Accounts Receivable

Direct Reports/ Direct Manager
  • Position reports to Director of Admin & General Manager
  • Works with another Office Manager
  • No direct reports

Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Bookkeeping/Administrative/Employee experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background credit check as position deals with confidential information
  • High School Degree or equivalent, required
  • Previous Club/Hospitality/ experience is preferred
