The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Office LPN or RN to support our Prompt Care location! Our practice is in a state-of-the-art facility located at 10 Members Way in Dover, NH 03820.

Our operating hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-7:00pm, Fridays 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am-2:00pm. In addition to these operating hours, Prompt Care is open for limited hours (8:00am-12:00pm) on the following holidays: MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, and Indigenous Peoples' Day. Prompt Care aims to deliver convenient, top-notch care, and these expanded operating hours better meet the needs of our patients. As we look to expand services there may be a need for additional coverage outside of the shifts mentioned above.

The Nurse will work closely with physicians, APPs and other clinical staff to enhance the delivery of patient care services along the continuum of care. Responsibilities will include phone triage, rooming, assisting with direct patient care during office visits, patient education, and care coordination. They will ensure that patients receive timely, high quality and efficient health care and support services, and will promote patient satisfaction by interacting with patients in a professional, friendly manner consistent with their needs. Given our small office, there are rotating administrative tasks, including front desk coverage, that the Prompt Care team shares from time-to-time.
