Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the facility's administrative manager. This is a 4-month contract position for the current person leaving on maternity leave. The responsibilities may vary, but typically includes the following tasks:
* Receive inbound calls from the manager or team members (Approx. 2 per hour)
* Great and register visitors and clients
* Restock, order, and manage inventory of office/kitchen supplies
* Some basic invoicing and/or payment management
* Handle variety of employee and team member requests

Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in an office setting as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Secretary, or similar role
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) for basic functions
* Great communication and organization
* Ability to pass background check with fingerprint
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
