The person in this position will provides administrative support to the Court Service Unit Director and staff. Facilitates the mission of the Department through daily office management tasks and proper oral and written communication.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, selected candidates must possess the following:
• Considerable knowledge of office practices and procedures
• Experience with fiscal and budgeting transactions
• Experience with the management of confidential information and documents
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft office software to include Word and Excel
• Ability to independently perform complex administrative and office responsibilities
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of management, staff and agencies
• Ability to apply knowledge of administrative policies and procedures
